Position Details & Hours Employment Type:

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available (please state availability)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday only (No weekends)

Full-Time Shift Options:

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00

PM Break:

1-hour daily lunch break

Classroom Ratio:

2:10

Key Responsibilities Classroom Management:

Facilitate a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment tailored to toddler development.

Potty Training Leadership:

Actively assist, guide, and encourage toddlers through potty training using patience and positive reinforcement.

Routine Maintenance:

Establish and follow consistent bathroom schedules based on individual child needs and parent preferences.

Communication:

Partner professionally and positively with parents, co-teachers, and school management.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Prior experience as a classroom teacher in a licensed childcare center required.

Licensing & Health:

Must meet all Kansas state licensing requirements and comply with Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) health assessment guidelines.

Physical Capabilities:

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs to ensure safety, run activities, and manage emergency situations.
