This individual will be responsible for the overall operation of an early childhood education classroom.

Responsibilities:

Create a fun and safe learning environment. Instruct children in activities designed to promote their physical, intellectual, social-emotional and spiritual development. Create daily lesson plans. Track each student's progress. Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress. Maintain the health and safety of all students. Mentor assistant teachers.

Qualifications:

An Early Childhood or Elementary Education Degree, CDA or equivalent training in child development is preferred Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields Passionate about working with children Ability to build rapport with children Positive and patient demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills
