We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. The Child Care Provider will be responsible for implementing educational programs that promote literacy, and social development. Duties Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Provide individualized support to children, including those with special needs. Assess children's progress through standardized testing and informal evaluations. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience. Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
