Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and passionate Child Care Teachers with at least 6 MONTHS
EXPERIENCE
in a licensed child care center to join our team. Candidates should be nurturing, caring and able to provide a healthy and safe environment for the children. Experience with lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and providing individualized attention to each child's needs are preferred. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for all children. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques. Provide individualized attention to children. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience. Skills 6 months experience working in a licensed child care center is required. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A nurturing attitude and the ability to foster strong relationships with children. Maintain professionalism at all times. Exhibit excellent attendance and punctuality.
