Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our early childhood education team. MUST have minimum 6 months experience in a licensed childcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages starting at 2-1/2 years old and potty-training is required. This role involves developing age-appropriate activities, supporting children's developmental milestones, and fostering positive social interactions. A strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children with diverse needs are essential to ensure each child's growth and well-being. Duties Plan and implement educational activities tailored to the developmental stages of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and learning activities to ensure safety at all times Support children's social-emotional development through positive behavior management and guidance Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns Adhere to all safety protocols, including administering first aid when necessary Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans that promote childhood development and learning outcomes Assist with diapering, feeding, and other caregiving responsibilities as needed. Requirements Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting . Minimum 6 months. Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific teaching strategies Certification in first aid and CPR required.
