KinderCare is seeking Teachers to join our Thurman KinderCare center, providing high-quality early childhood education and care. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where young children can explore, learn, and grow. You will design age-appropriate lessons, support social-emotional development, and maintain strong communication with families. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood standards. Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe, document, and support each child's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Collaborate with other teachers and center staff to support program goals. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Set up and maintain engaging learning centers and materials.
