Child Care Worker

Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking passionate people to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages in our Child Care Center. In this role, you will support children's developmental needs through attentive supervision, creative activity planning, and effective communication with parents and guardians. Your energy and enthusiasm will help foster a positive atmosphere where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to learn and grow. Duties Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development for toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Engage children in educational play that supports childhood development milestones and behavioral management strategies Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Follow mandated reporting laws by accurately documenting incidents or concerns related to child welfare Qualifications High School Diploma Must be at least 18 Years Old Child Care experience is preferred; babysitting or nannying experience is also valuable Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Join us as a Child Care Worker where your dedication helps shape bright futures!
