Lead Toddler Teacher Duties:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote child development in areas such as language, math, science, and physical education.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's development.
• Foster positive social interactions and teach appropriate behavior through modeling and behavioral therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate classroom activities and events.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
• Knowledge of child welfare principles and practices.
• Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques for young children.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
