As a teacher, you'll help guide children (ages 6 weeks-6 years) through engaging, child-centered learning based on Constructivist Theory and social-emotional development.

Qualifications:

CDA(Child Development Associate) required Experience working with young children and managing classrooms Strong communication skills and commitment to equity and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

Create and adapt developmentally appropriate lesson plans Maintain a safe, welcoming classroom environment Build trusting partnerships with families Participate in professional development and collaborate with your team
