Job Description

KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Old Toll learning center. In this role, you'll create a warm, inclusive classroom where children feel safe, engaged, and curious. You will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development while following KinderCare's research-based curriculum. Responsibilities include supervising children, maintaining a safe and organized environment, documenting developmental progress, and partnering with families through clear, positive communication. You'll collaborate with a supportive team, receive ongoing training, and have opportunities to advance your career in early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood best practices. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Supervise children and support their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Observe, document, and report on children's developmental milestones. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
