Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childcare Provider to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their growth and development through engaging activities and compassionate supervision. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a love of learning and ensure each child's well-being is prioritized. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working in a collaborative and supportive setting. Duties Supervise children during play, learning activities, meals, naps, and outdoor time to ensure safety at all times Implement age-appropriate curriculum focusing on childhood development, social skills, and early education principles Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, needs, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes safety and engagement Follow mandated reporting laws to report any signs of abuse or neglect promptly and appropriately Administer first aid or pediatric first aid in case of minor injuries or emergencies with confidence and care Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention as needed Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings Strong knowledge of child development instruction, behavior management, and classroom management techniques Excellent communication skills for effective parent interaction and teamwork within the childcare environment Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with energy, patience, and enthusiasm Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and best practices in childhood caregiving Join us to nurture young minds through engaging activities, compassionate care, and dedicated support! Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
