Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher's Aide to support our classroom environment in a private, faith based center. This role involves assisting the lead teacher in implementing educational programs, managing classroom behavior, and providing individualized support to students, particularly in preschool and toddler care settings. Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging lessons and educational activities tailored to the needs of students. Facilitate small group instruction in subjects such as math and literacy, ensuring all students are engaged and learning effectively. Help maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and learning among students. Supervise students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Assist with daily routines including snack time, transitions between activities, and outdoor play. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Qualifications Experience working with children in a classroom or educational setting is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary. Passion for education and commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment for all students. Previous experience in preschool or toddler care settings is advantageous.
