Starting pay:

$14.55 Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities focused on infant care, ensuring they are stimulating, safe, and aligned with developmental milestones. Supervise and support assistant teachers and caregivers to maintain high-quality care standards. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share updates on their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences. Implement early childhood education best practices with an emphasis on infant development, including sensory play, language acquisition, and motor skills. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols including pediatric first aid, CPR, mandated reporting laws, and health regulations. Manage classroom organization and materials to create an inviting learning environment that promotes curiosity and exploration. Observe individual children's needs and behaviors to tailor care plans that support their emotional and physical well-being. Experience Prior experience working with infants in daycare centers or early childhood education settings is required. Demonstrated classroom management skills in a childcare or preschool environment. Knowledge of childhood development principles, including infant milestones and behavior management strategies. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable. Certification in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and child safety regulations is essential. Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and team members about children's progress and needs.
