FULL-TIME
Preschool Teacher - Hours 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM This position would include working with infants and toddlers. Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Lead Preschool Teacher in a dynamic childcare environment! In this role, you will support the development and well-being of preschoolers by creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a love of learning while ensuring each child's safety and happiness. Duties Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and exploration. Support classroom management strategies to encourage positive behavior and effective behavior management techniques. Engage with children through play, storytelling, arts and crafts, and educational activities designed to enhance childhood development milestones. Implement lessons to ensure consistency with educational standards. Monitor children's progress through observations and documentation to inform individualized learning plans or early intervention strategies. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or developmental needs. This position does
REQUIRE DIAPER CHANGING/POTTY TRAINING, CLEANING, AND OTHER CARE TASKS.
Requirements Prior classroom experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is preffered. Basic understanding of childhood development, including preschool care and classroom management skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is desirable; training hours will be required within a specific timeframe of being hired. From $13.00 per hour
