Where You'll Work LeafSpring Beaumont, 2409 Greatstone Point, Lexington, KY 40504 The Role We're hiring Early Childhood Teachers for our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. Your focus is on the children: getting on the floor, following a child's curiosity, celebrating the small moments, and helping each child feel safe, seen, and excited to learn. If you love watching a toddler figure something out for the first time, or you know exactly how to turn a simple walk outside into an adventure, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Build genuine, trusting relationships with the children in your care and their families Bring learning to life through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences Follow each child's lead, noticing what sparks their interest and leaning into it Keep families connected with warm, consistent communication about their child's day Maintain a classroom that feels safe, welcoming, and full of wonder Uphold LeafSpring's high standards and Kentucky childcare licensing requirements What We're Looking For Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field A current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus and is recognized in our compensation structure Current CPR and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain it At least 18 years of age Dependable, warm, and excited to show up for kids every day Why LeafSpring A growing company with real room to move up, as enrollment grows and we expand across Kentucky Supportive leadership that invests in your growth and values your work Full-time and part-time positions available A team that believes early childhood matters
