We are looking for a qualified, fun, energetic, and passionate Infant 2 Lead Teacher to join our team! The children in this classroom range from 7 months to 1 year old. The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment while providing age-appropriate activities and experiences that support each child's growth and development. The Lead Teacher will work closely with the assistant teacher and teaching aide to provide consistent, high-quality care. Together, the classroom team will maintain daily routines, provide individualized attention, keep the classroom clean and organized, and create a loving environment where infants feel safe, supported, and confident as they learn and grow. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working as a Lead Teacher in a licensed childcare setting. Previous experience working with infants is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is dependable, nurturing, patient, organized, and passionate about working with young children. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading a classroom, working as part of a team, communicating with families and staff, and providing exceptional care to our youngest children.
