Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant / Toddler Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a genuine love for nurturing young minds. As a Preschool Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can thrive and develop essential skills for their future. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social skills. Educate children through play-based activities that encourage exploration and creativity. Foster a positive classroom environment that supports the emotional, social, and cognitive growth of each child. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Incorporate special education strategies as needed to support diverse learners. Experience Candidates should possess the following qualifications: A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience in preschool settings or childcare environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices. Skills in infant care, toddler care, nannying, or babysitting are advantageous. Knowledge of special education techniques is a plus.
