• Cleaning dishes, doing laundry for the kitchen rags, aprons, etc.
• Ordering of the food via preferred vendor
• Ensuring inventory practices are followed
• Assisting chef in making breakfast, lunch and snack for the entire school
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized and according to state regulations from the health department

REQUIREMENTS JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Use of computer and online ordering
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds
• Must have a car in case of store pick up (most food is delivered to the center)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Food Service certificate, if not completed we can provide training
• Must meet all state and local licensing requirements for position
• Candidate must pass all state medical requirements and have a clear background check to qualify for employment

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience working in Early Childhood Education centers
• Experience working with small children (infants to preschool age)
• Food nutrients knowledge, dietician type of schooling, healthy foods aficionado
