Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to ensure a secure setting Support children in their routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and transitions throughout the day Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum enhancements that align with early childhood development standards Adhere to mandated reporting laws and document any concerns related to child welfare or behavior management issues Skills Demonstrated experience working with infants in daycare or preschool settings, including classroom management skills Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers Certification in first aid and CPR (pediatric first aid preferred) Strong communication skills for effective parent interactions and team collaboration Ability to implement child supervision strategies that ensure safety while encouraging independence Familiarity with special education needs or experience working with children with disabilities is a plus Compassionate caregiving approach combined with behavior management techniques suitable for young children Understanding of early childhood education best practices and classroom experience in daycare centers or nannying environments Join us in shaping the earliest moments of children's lives by providing expert care rooted in love, learning, and safety.
