Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team at. In this role, you will inspire and nurture young learners, fostering a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment. Your energy and enthusiasm will help children explore, learn, and grow through structured activities and compassionate guidance. Responsibilities Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that promotes curiosity and learning among young children. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support child development, including preschool and toddler care. Supervise children closely to ensure their safety during play, learning activities, and transitions. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, attendance, and developmental observations. Follow all mandated reporting laws and health & safety protocols, including first aid and CPR procedures. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques. Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar early childhood settings. Knowledge of childhood development instruction and classroom management best practices. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is highly desirable. Certification in pediatric first aid, CPR, and basic first aid is required or willing to obtain upon hire. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare is essential. Previous nannying or babysitting experience with infants, toddlers, or young children is a plus. Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
