As a teacher in our high-quality, play-based classrooms, you'll help children aged 6 weeks to 6 years grow through research-based approaches, including Constructivist Theory and social-emotional learning.
Qualifications:
CDA required; Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred Experience in early childhood settings with strong classroom management skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to equity, diversity, and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, individualized curriculum Foster a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment Build strong family relationships and developmental partnerships Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training
