Requirements Proven experience working with young children in classroom settings or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development, and special education needs. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curriculum content across various subjects including literacy, math, physical education, and toddler care. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies suited for preschool-aged children. Experience with lesson planning, standardized testing, tutoring, and implementing early intervention programs is preferred.
