Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational atmosphere for children, fostering their development through play and structured activities. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as language, social skills, and motor skills. Provide attentive care to infants and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good behavior. Engage with children through interactive play, storytelling, and educational activities that stimulate curiosity and creativity. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for all children in the program. Qualifications A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or nannying is highly desirable. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support children's emotional and social development. Ability to provide high-quality caregiving that meets the individual needs of each child. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their growth and development.
