Are you energetic, dependable, and love working with children? We're looking for a caring and flexible Float Teacher to join our daycare team! As a Float Teacher , you'll have the opportunity to work with children of different ages and become an important part of our entire center. This is a great position for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a difference in children's days!

What You'll Do:

Provide loving, attentive care to children throughout the day Float between classrooms and assist teachers where needed Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment Assist with activities, meals, diapering/toileting, and daily routines Provide active supervision of children at all times Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Step in to help cover breaks, lunches, and staff absences Follow all center policies and state childcare regulations Help create a positive, fun, and nurturing environment for children

Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children Dependable and responsible Patient, caring, and positive Able to work well as part of a team Comfortable working with different age groups Willing to learn and help wherever needed Good communication skills Previous childcare experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
