Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants, supporting their developmental milestones through engaging activities and personalized care. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young children to explore, learn, and grow while fostering positive relationships with families and colleagues. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in infants Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all mandated reporting laws and health protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures Support individual developmental needs by collaborating with specialists in special education or early childhood development when necessary Manage classroom routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions smoothly and efficiently Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and infant care best practices Certification in first aid, CPR, including pediatric first aid training (will be provided) Familiarity with special education strategies and working with children with disabilities or developmental delays Excellent child supervision skills combined with effective behavior management techniques Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with parents, children, and team members Proficiency in classroom management, activity planning, and creating engaging learning environments Experience adhering to health regulations such as mandated reporting laws and safety standards in childcare settings Join us to help shape the earliest years of children's lives through compassionate care, innovative teaching strategies, and a supportive community.
