Duties Plan and execute developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to infants' individual needs, interests, and developmental stages Supervise and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times through attentive child supervision and caregiving practices Foster positive relationships with children to promote emotional security and social skills development Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, milestones, and daily activities Lead classroom management efforts to maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and exploration Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including pediatric first aid, CPR certification, and mandated reporting laws Mentor and support assistant teachers or caregivers in implementing best practices in early childhood education Requirements Proven experience working with infants in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, infant care techniques, and behavior management strategies Certification in first aid, CPR (Childhood & Pediatric First Aid), and familiarity with mandated reporting laws Background in special education or experience working with children with disabilities is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members Classroom experience demonstrating effective classroom management and child supervision skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a lively, energetic approach to early childhood teaching Join us as a Lead Infant Teacher to make a meaningful impact during the most formative years of children's lives!
