Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our dynamic educational team. In this vital role, you will lead classroom instruction, develop engaging creative curriculum, and foster a nurturing environment that supports the diverse needs of our students. Your expertise will inspire young learners to reach their full potential while collaborating closely with families and fellow professionals. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, someone who is enrolled in ECE program or has a certificate in Early Education. Has previous experience in childcare and has a growth mindset. Our goal is to have children ready for when they go to school. Responsibilities Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with creative curriculum standards and individual student needs Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive behavior management techniques . Maintain detailed records of student day using Brightwheel. Communicate proactively with parents and Staff memebers. Maintaining a clean and well-organized environment. Skills Proven experience in early childhood education. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles. Skilled in classroom management and behavior. Familiarity with Brightwheel is a bonus. Excellent communication skills for effective parent-teacher collaboration and team coordination Prefer someone who has or is working toward Early chidlhood education degree.
