In this role, you will provide attentive supervision, implement age-appropriate activities, and foster developmental growth. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help children thrive physically, emotionally, and socially while ensuring their well-being at all times. Duties Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and facilitate engaging activities tailored to different age groups, including toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Provide basic childcare needs such as feeding, diapering, and assisting with toileting routines Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and discipline when necessary Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns Ensure adherence to mandated reporting laws by promptly reporting any signs of neglect or abuse Support early childhood education principles through teaching activities that promote childhood development and learning Skills Experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children Knowledge of childhood development theories and best practices in early childhood education Ability to plan creative activities that stimulate learning and development for young children Strong child supervision skills with a focus on safety and attentive caregiving Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; ongoing training is preferred Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and teamwork Familiarity with classroom experience, daycare settings, babysitting, nannying, or youth programs teaching experience is advantageous Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment Join us in making a meaningful difference in children's lives!
