Preschool Lead Teacher for 2 yr olds

Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing educational programs that cater to the developmental needs of toddlers and preschool-aged children. Hours-8:30 am-5:30 pm Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in various subjects, including math and literacy. Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to guide children's social interactions and emotional development. Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, including those requiring special education services. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive educational experience across the preschool curriculum. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices. Strong skills in behavior management and the ability to create positive learning environments. Familiarity with tutoring methods or educational interventions for young learners is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative independently.
