In this role, you will create a vibrant, engaging classroom environment that promotes early childhood development, literacy, social-emotional skills, and physical activity. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help children explore, learn, and grow through innovative lesson planning, hands-on activities, and compassionate guidance. Duties Implement the curriculum plans tailored to early childhood education standards, Facilitate age-appropriate activities that support child development milestones in areas such as literacy, math, physical education, and social skills Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on children's progress, behavior, and developmental achievements Ensure a safe and healthy classroom environment by adhering to first aid and CPR protocols, mandated reporting laws, and child welfare policies Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs Maintain detailed records of student progress, assessments, standardized testing results, and lesson plans Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques Certification in first aid and CPR; familiarity with mandated reporting laws is essential Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration Experience teaching physical education, literacy education, math, or specialized programs like preschool teaching preferred Ability to create inclusive learning environments that support children with special needs or requiring early intervention services Demonstrated ability to plan engaging lessons that promote active learning and child welfare Join us in shaping the future by fostering joyful learning experiences for young children!
