Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to fostering a love for learning through engaging activities in literacy, math, physical education, and more. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early literacy, math skills, and physical education. Provide individualized support to children with early intervention needs. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages communication and collaboration among students. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a safe and productive learning atmosphere. Engage with children in hands-on activities that promote exploration and discovery. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Maintain accurate records of student assessments and progress. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience in preschool or toddler care settings is highly desirable. Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management. Knowledge of early intervention strategies for children with diverse learning needs. Ability to effectively communicate with young children and their families. Passion for educating young learners and fostering their development in a supportive environment.
