Our ideal candidates have:

- Dependability and punctuality
- Integrity, patience, and compassion
- Great communication and customer service skills
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Experience in childcare (preferred)
- CDA credential (preferred) Don't have certification or experience yet? No problem! We'll help you earn your CPR certification and gain hands-on training during your time at Mini Me. What You'll Do
- Work weekday shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM
- Create a fun and safe learning environment for children
- Plan and lead age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Keep your classroom clean, organized, and engaging
- Communicate with families and build strong relationships
- Help with mealtimes, bottles, and snack time
- Stay active and engaged — bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and playing alongside the kids
