• CPR certification (preferred)
• Experience in childcare (preferred)
• CDA credential (preferred) Don't have certification or experience yet? No problem! We'll help you earn your CPR certification and gain hands-on training during your time at Mini Me. What You'll Do
• Work weekday shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM
• Create a fun and safe learning environment for children
• Plan and lead age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Keep your classroom clean, organized, and engaging
• Communicate with families and build strong relationships
• Help with mealtimes, bottles, and snack time
• Stay active and engaged — bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and playing alongside the kids
