Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that incorporate early childhood education principles Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children. Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization to ensure a positive learning atmosphere. Support children's developmental milestones Engage with children individually and in groups to promote learning through play, storytelling, and hands-on activities. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any behavioral or developmental concerns. Maintain accurate records of student progress and prepare reports for assessments or standardized testing requirements. Skills Strong understanding of early childhood education practices including and classroom management. Experience working with children across various age groups such as toddlers and preschoolers; familiarity with tier III center regulations. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community partners effectively. Ability to manage classroom behavior positively while fostering an inclusive environment that respects individual differences. Demonstrated experience in lesson planning and classroom management.
