Floater - Full time & Part time

Duties Assist lead teachers with curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to different age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers Support classroom management by engaging children in educational activities, promoting positive behavior, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Provide hands-on childcare, including diapering, feeding, and supervising children during play and rest times Implement early intervention strategies to support children with special needs or developmental delays Help facilitate literacy education, math activities, physical education, and Montessori-based learning experiences Maintain clear communication with parents and team members about daily activities, progress, and any concerns Contribute to classroom organization by preparing materials, managing supplies, and ensuring a clean learning environment Experience Previous experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred Strong background in childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning across various subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and behavior management Familiarity with special education techniques and early intervention strategies Classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment while maintaining safety standards Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and tutoring methods for young learners Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and children alike Join us as a Floater to inspire young minds through engaging lessons and compassionate care!
