The Nursery Worker provides a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers while parents and guardians attend services and groups. This role provides attentive supervision, age-appropriate care, and strict adherence to check-in and check-out procedures to protect every child in our care. Key Responsibilities Follow all check-in and check-out procedures, verifying that each child is released only to an authorized adult with matching identification or security tag. Maintain accurate attendance records and note any allergies, special needs, or parent instructions. Supervise children at all times and maintain required adult-to-child ratios. Provide basic care, including feeding, comforting, and assisting with naps. Lead simple, age-appropriate play and activities. Keep the nursery clean and sanitized, including toys, surfaces, and changing areas. Communicate with parents at pick-up about their child's time and promptly report any incidents or concerns to the supervisor. Follow all safety, health, and child protection policies. Qualifications At least [18] years of age. Previous childcare experience preferred. Must pass a background check and complete child safety training. CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Dependable, patient, and warm, with a genuine love for young children.

Up to $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 3.0 - 6.0 per week
