Hours can vary between 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PreK Teachers to join our nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, engaging, and educational atmosphere for young learners. Your responsibilities will include developing age-appropriate activities, ensuring the well-being of each child, and collaborating with parents to support their child's growth. Duties Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Provide attentive care for toddlers and preschool-aged children. Maintain classroom management to ensure a positive and respectful environment. Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall daycare program and share best practices. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends. Experience Previous experience in daycare settings or early childhood education is preferred. Skills in toddler care or preschool education are highly valued. Experience in babysitting or nannying can be beneficial for this role. Strong classroom management skills to create an organized learning environment.
