Duties Assist in supervising and engaging toddlers during daily activities, playtime, meals, and nap times across multiple classrooms. Support lead teachers by implementing age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Ensure the safety and well-being of children by adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation policies. Provide responsive caregiving that encourages independence and positive behavior management. Help with classroom setup, cleanup, and organization to maintain a welcoming learning environment. Communicate effectively with team members and parents about children's progress and needs. Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and support staff as needed to ensure seamless daily operations.
