Duties Provide attentive, loving care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional security at all times Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills development, and early socialization Monitor infants' health and well-being, including feeding schedules, diapering, sleep routines, and developmental milestones Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate daily updates on infants' progress and needs Follow all health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures and emergency protocols Support colleagues by assisting with classroom management and caregiving duties to ensure a cohesive team environment Skills Demonstrated experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool environments Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers Ability to apply behavior management techniques that foster positive interactions and emotional regulation Strong classroom management skills to create a nurturing learning environment Certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus Experience with caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting that involve infant care responsibilities Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively Join us as an Infant Care Teacher to inspire young minds through compassionate caregiving and innovative teaching strategies.
