Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, ensuring their growth, development, and well-being. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive social interactions among students. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and encourage participation. Assess children's progress through standardized testing and observation, adapting teaching methods as necessary. Provide individualized support for children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise. Plan and execute age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development. Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development milestones. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning experience. Experience Experience in toddler care or preschool settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in childcare. Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with developmental delays or special needs. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Proficiency in lesson planning that aligns with educational standards and promotes holistic child development. Previous experience in classroom management techniques is an asset.
