These teachers must be willing to work with director and coach to learn best practices for young children in childcare. It is required to have good communication skills and a personality that is warm to children and co-workers. Experienced teachers are welcome! Weatherford Academy is also willing to train! We welcome new educators with a passion to learn, lead, and shape the minds of the future. Must be able to complete a background check Must provide three reference letters( Non-family members) with contact information. Must have the ability to participate in all activities which consist of sitting on the floor, climbing stairs, lifting children, etc.
