In this dynamic role, you will inspire and nurture young learners, guiding their development through engaging curriculum and compassionate care. As a lead educator, you will create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. Your passion for early childhood education and experience working with children will help shape the bright futures of our preschoolers. Duties Implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, social-emotional development, and science. Manage classroom activities to promote positive behavior management and effective classroom management techniques. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children during daily outdoor activities. Must possess strong teaching experience ( more than five years) with young children in preschool or daycare settings. Strong background in curriculum development tailored for early childhood learners. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and classroom management best practices. Must have First aid and CPR certification to ensure child safety at all times. Hands-on experience in Montessori or other specialized educational approaches is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues. MUST possess teacher certification by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care ( DEEC). Join us in shaping the future by creating joyful learning experiences!
