Company:
Creative Learning Academy is a new toddler and preschool dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 2-5 years. We have a curriculum based social development, mental development and learning with creativity. We believe learning starts in early stage and we nurture fun associated learning. We are currently seeking 4 motivated, and qualified teachers for our starting class room of toddler and preschoolers. Teacher should love playing with the children and should be able to run the class with an assistant teacher.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and educational activities. Promoting a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration. Providing individualized attention and support to children with varying needs and abilities. Assisting with the organization and preparation of classroom materials and resources. Encouraging socialization, cooperation, and positive behavior among children. Supervising and guiding children during indoor and outdoor activities. Assisting with the maintenance of classroom cleanliness and hygiene. Assisting with the assessment and documentation of children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress. Participating in professional development activities and staff meetings as required.
Qualifications:
An EEC certification as a 1 lead teacher and 2 certified/assistant teachers . Prior experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare. Understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to adapt to the diverse needs and learning styles of children. Basic knowledge of health and safety guidelines in a preschool environment. First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
