Provide attentive supervision and care to ensure infants' safety, comfort, and well-being at all times. Engage in nurturing activities such as singing, reading, tummy time, and sensory exploration to stimulate infants' senses and encourage learning. Maintain accurate documentation of each infant's progress, routines, and special needs while adhering to confidentiality standards. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's daily activities, milestones, and any concerns or observations. Follow all health and safety protocols including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures; respond promptly to emergencies or incidents. Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive classroom environment that supports individual developmental goals. Skills Demonstrated experience working with infants or young children in daycare or classroom settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Certification in Pediatric First Aid and CPR preferred. Strong classroom management skills combined with compassionate caregiving abilities. Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration. Ability to follow mandated reporting laws and ensure compliance with childcare regulations. Experience with behavior management strategies suitable for infants and toddlers.
