Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teaching teams to develop monthly curriculum, lesson plans, and classroom newsletters Observe and document student development through daily notes and photos Lead and support circle time and classroom activities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Assist with toileting, diaper changes, handwashing, and hygiene routines Support children during snack and mealtime, including preparation and clean-up Build strong relationships with students and their families Maintain and pursue EEC certification and professional development Promote a warm, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
Qualifications:
Native Mandarin speaker Degree and/or relevant background in early childhood education EEC certification or working toward certification To learn more about our program, please visit www.bearcubmandarin.org.
