Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday Preschool Teacher•School Readiness Classroom The Learning Experience•Billerica is seeking a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. This role focuses on helping children ages 3-5 build confidence, independence, and kindergarten readiness skills through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Our Preschool Teachers create safe, welcoming classrooms where children learn through exploration, creativity, and meaningful relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities Implement developmentally appropriate lessons using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum Support children's social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment Guide children through learning centers, group activities, and daily transitions Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication and updates Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership to maintain classroom excellence Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required or ability to qualify Previous preschool or childcare classroom experience preferred Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice Excellent communication and teamwork skills CPR and First Aid certification preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $22•23 based on experience and credentials Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Professional development and advancement opportunities Supportive leadership and collaborative teaching environment Employee childcare discount Opportunity to grow with a nationally recognized early childhood education organization Apply Today Join The Learning Experience•Billerica and help create a classroom where children build confidence, curiosity, and strong foundations for lifelong learning.
