As an educator your number one responsibility is the safety of the children. Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents. Manage classroom activities and daily routines including lessons, structured play, unstructured play, outside time, nap time, and meals Establish and enforce safety rules for children in their classrooms Provide basic needs for children Create a positive learning environment that set children up for success Develop and plan appropriate activities following our curriculum model with clear objectives.
