Bay State Community Services is looking for an individual who is grounded in peer-assisted recovery and has valuable life experiences that provides expertise to the program. What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference... Conduct home visits to provide parenting education and support, focusing on child development, early learning, and family well-being. Develop and implement individualized family support plans based on assessments and family needs. Facilitate group meetings and workshops for parents on various topics, including child development, positive discipline, and family health. Use the PAT curriculum and materials effectively to engage families and promote developmental milestones. Maintain accurate and confidential records of home visits, family interactions, and progress. Collaborate with community resources, organizations, and professionals to connect families with additional support services. Stay current with PAT guidelines and best practices through ongoing professional development and training.
