Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Temp-to-Hire Teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create engaging, culturally rich learning environments for young children while supporting their developmental milestones through innovative curriculum development and hands-on instruction. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate music, cultural education, and emergent learning principles. Foster a nurturing classroom environment that promotes social-emotional growth, curiosity, and creativity among children. Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space for all children. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Apply behavior management strategies to support positive behavior and address challenges effectively. Conduct assessments of child development using standardized testing methods to tailor instruction accordingly. Follow mandated reporting laws to ensure child safety and welfare at all times. Skills Strong experience in classroom management and child development instruction. Knowledge of curriculum development tailored for early childhood education, including Montessori methods and literacy education. Experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including toddlers and children with special needs or requiring early intervention. Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration. Proficiency in lesson planning that integrates music, physical education, math, and cultural studies. Familiarity with childhood welfare standards, first aid, CPR certification, and mandated reporting laws. Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners while maintaining a lively and motivating classroom atmosphere.
