Competitive pay : $24-$29/hr based on experience, education, and classroom assignment $2,000 Sign on bonus (Certified at time of hire) Full-time, year-round employment Schedules available : 7-4, 7:30-4:30, 8-5, 8:30-5:30, 9-6 (flexibility required)Benefits :

At The Goddard School in Charlestown, co-teaching teams coordinate daily class operations, plan and evaluate engaging activities, and communicate with families—creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment. Certified by MA EEC for Infant/Toddler 1+ year experience in a licensed childcare center Meet all MA EEC background check and fingerprinting requirements Knowledge of child safety and first-aid protocols Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible Physically able to lift 50 lbs and move safely around the classroom Comfortable working any required 9-hour shift between 7AM-6PM (1 hour break) Attend monthly staff meetings (typically Tuesday, 6-8PM during holiday weeks) Able to hear, see, speak, and move effectively in a childcare environment Capable of responding to emergencies and handling crisis situations involving children About The Goddard School - Charlestown Opened in February 2025, our brand-new facility in the Charlestown Navy Yard offers a rare opportunity to help build a school community from the ground up.
