Job Description

PRESCHOOL TEACHER

CONCORD, MA
Concord Carousel Preschool has an opportunity for a caring and energetic teacher to join our team of educators. Candidates must have a background or experience in early childhood education, with a degree, preferred. Candidates are required to meet EEC teacher qualifications. The ideal candidate is flexible, willing to work as part of team and has the ability to help create and implement an engaging developmentally appropriate curriculum. The successful candidate will have access to ongoing training and competitive compensation and have the opportunity to enroll their age-appropriate children in our program with no tuition cost and special discounted rates for other programs. This is a 10-month school year position following the Concord Public School calendar from late August until mid-June (excludes school vacation weeks, professional days and holidays). Optional summer employment.
Work Schedule:
8:30 AM - 12:45 PM Monday to Friday (additional paid hours for planning, staff meetings, etc.).
Salary range:
$20.75 to $29.29 per hour ; starting pay based on qualifications. This is an hourly, part-time position. Applications will be accepted until the positions are filled. Appointment of the final candidate will be contingent upon the results of pre-placement conditions including a Background Records Check and Fingerprinting, CORI/SORI checks.
